Important Information

$250 covers the first hour of music and 30 minutes of waiting time

• Each additional 30 minutes of music is $50 each
• Each additional 30 minutes of waiting time is $15 each

There is a $50 fee for outdoor events from May-August

• There must be cover and/or shade for ALL outdoor events

$25 DISCOUNT for repeat clients within a year of their previous event date

• For a recurring event contract please contact for more information on pricing discounts

Traveling fees are as follows:

• up to 30 minutes – $25
• 0.5-1 hour – $50
• 1-1.5 hours – $75
• 1.5-2 hours – $100
• 2-3 hours – $200
• anything that is a greater distance will be discussed and negotiated

Any parking fees will be the responsibility of the client

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date

• Deposits will only be accepted 6 months out from the event date

Payments can be taken through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App as well as cash or check

Song requests not currently in my repertoire will be an additional $25 per song

• These requests must be made a minimum of three weeks out from the event date to ensure that I am able to play the song and create an arrangement
• Not all songs transpose well onto the harp so some songs may be denied
