Pricing and Other Information

Pricing and Discounts:

Base Fee:

• The first hour of music and 30 minutes of waiting time are included in the base fee of $250.

Additional Time Fees:

• Each additional 30 minutes of music is priced at $50.
• Each additional 30 minutes of waiting time can be added for $15.

Outdoor Events Fee:

• For outdoor events from June-August, there is an additional fee of $50.
• Please ensure that all outdoor events provide adequate cover or complete shade for the harp.

Traveling Fees:

• Traveling fees are based on the distance to the event location:
  • Up to 30 minutes: $25
  • 30 minutes to 1 hour: $50
  • 1 to 1 1/2 hours: $75
  • 1 1/2 to 2 hours: $100
  • 2 to 3 hours: $200
  • For distances exceeding 3 hours, please contact us to discuss and negotiate the fee accordingly.

Song Request Fee:

• We are delighted to accommodate song requests that are not currently in our repertoire.
• There is an additional fee of $25 per song to cover the time and effort required for arranging and practicing.
• To ensure we can accommodate your request, please make it a minimum of three weeks prior to the event date.
• Please understand that not all songs can be effectively played on the harp and may be ineligible for performance or will sound different from the original song

Repeat Client Discounts:

• We value our repeat clients and offer the following discounts:
  • $25 discount for clients who book an event within one year from their previous event.
  • $50 discount for recurring events occurring within a 6-month period.
  • $100 discount per event for recurring monthly events, with a minimum of 5 events planned and scheduled in advance.

Reservation and Payment:

• To reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.
• Deposits will be accepted starting 6 months prior to the event date.
• We accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, cash, or check.

Parking Fees:

• Any parking fees incurred during the event will be the responsibility of the client.
